Marketing Franchisee :

During the year 2005-06, Dhruvi Pharma got the opportunity to work as marketing franchisee for a division named 'Omnicare' by Cipla Ltd. In this division, Cipla had all pillar brands like Ciplox, Norflox, Novamox, Asthalin etc.

Cipla launched this division as the pillar brands like Ciplox, Norflox, Novamox etc. were registering negative growth in the parent division of Cipla. We took the opportunity to re-launch these brands under franchisee model and turned the table for company. Brands which were registering negative growth of 10-20 % started showing positive growth to the Company. We took the division from Rs.15 crores to Rs.30 crores in a span of 5 years in the state of Gujarat, Rajasthan and MP.

Last year, new management of Cipla decided to again merge Omincare division with parent division to have uniformity of operations.
