A dynamic, passionate and hard-working Mr.Rupesh Shah after completing his post-graduation acquired a professional degree of Chartered Accountant in the year 1995. He joined one of the top pharmaceutical company of the country M/s. Cipla Ltd to gain experience of the Corporate world. With his hard-work and dedication soon he was recognised as one of the senior member of the Company in the field of distribution. During his tenure in the Company he has taken up many assignments of internal audits and was also instrumental in exposing of misappropriation and manipulations prevailing in the company.
Belonging to a business community and also strong inspiration from his father, Mr. Rupesh although was very successful in the employment, but was not happy as his dream was to create a flourishing enterprise. With this dream in mind, he decided to migrate from Mumbai and shifted his base to Gujarat (Ahmedabad) in order to start his own company. This dream gave birth to M/s. Dhruvi Pharma Pvt. Ltd in April 2001 . The company was started in a small way to work as CFA for Cipla Ltd in Gujarat.
By professional attitude and application of knowledge, he turned the otherwise disturbed Sales depot to one of the best operated Sales depot in the Country. As per feedback drawn from stockist, Cipla was rated as No. 1 in terms of distribution services across the state of Gujarat. It took only 3 years for Dhruvi Pharma to spread their wings to Rajasthan and MP. Dhruvi Pharma was awarded CFA contract by Cipla for Rajasthan in the year 2004 and MP in 2005.
Later on, he also diversified into trading business by taking up the challenge of establishing one of the best & trusted distribution house in the year 2006. Today, Dhruvi Pharma is working for more than 20 top pharma companies in Ahmedabad.
